VtM a possibility

So a random vampire concept based on my original musings, a game where prince's Court is held every 3rd month, everything else would be purely player led storytelling.

Imagine if you will a city with it's modern day setting, Elysiums throughout the considered territories (clans) with a main Elysium hosting the full Kindred court every Season, the characters (players) are very much left to their own devices within the confines of the law. a reduced court held monthly by the Seneschal and kept in check by the Keeper, allows the harpies and primogen time to deal with inter clan relations and their own individuals. With the Princes court being more of a grand affair, it also allows new kindred to the city time to try and gain some favour or work out how long they want to be there.

Now the characters can choose to attend the monthly court, but they must attend the seasonal courts as a show of respect after all losing respect may lead to the loss of status. For two months they get to have their own adventures, be it making allies, forming coetries or paying off a boon. All under the ever watchful eye of the Sheriff and his deputies, the prince is always watching.

So to break it down a little

4 sessions a year ran by the ST and Refs covering the inter clan and overall plotlines
8 sessions that are player led, ST's can be asked for a mandate similar to how the Mini Adventures ran, any NPC's would need to be made official and outcomes pre determined by the player tunning the plot and ST team.
